Description
The IMUSA GAU-89227 3 piece caldero set with Glass Lid is perfect for everyday use. The Caldero is the workhorse of the Latin Kitchen. Recognized for its versatility, it is the “everything pot” used to make anything from soups, and spaghetti to your favorite fried recipes. The cast aluminum construction and high walls allow for even heat distribution and are ideal for sauting and pan frying your favorite foods without causing a mess. The wide grip handles provide comfort and stability when handling and serving. The natural cast aluminum can be seasoned to provide the natural non-stick cooking surface desired in most dishes.
